Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician – Domestic Service Team (No On-Call)
No On-Call. Strong Conditions. Great Team.
Due to continued growth, Degree C are seeking a qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician to join our Domestic Service Team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fault-finding, servicing, maintenance and repairs across residential and light commercial systems and wants to work for a business that values quality workmanship, work-life balance, and its people.
We know good technicians are in demand. That's why we've built a service team where you'll be supported, respected and given the tools you need to do your job properly.
Most importantly, when the workday finishes, your time is your own.
There is no on-call roster attached to this role.
What you'll be doing
Diagnosing and repairing domestic air conditioning systems
Installing split system and ducted units
Preventative maintenance and servicing
Fault finding and troubleshooting
Providing excellent customer service
Completing service documentation and reports
Working independently while being supported by an experienced team
We’re looking for someone with
Refrigerant Handling Licence
Relevant trade qualifications
Current driver's licence
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
A professional and customer-focused approach
Ability to manage your workload and work autonomously
Pride in your workmanship and attention to detail
