The Role

Branch Managers are pivotal to our success. They cultivate our culture, drive sales, and deliver top-notch customer service. As the heartbeat of our branch, you'll often be the first point of contact for our customers at Instant Windscreens.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

- Has experience in the automotive or automotive glass industry (preferred)

- Can manage a branch booking schedule to ensure customer satisfaction

- Brings energy, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic

- Communicates exceptionally well with staff and customers

- Can build and lead a collaborative team environment

- Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

- Has intermediate to advanced computer skills

- Can effectively manage stock, assets and a small team
