Indicium Dynamics is an award-winning full-service Internet of Things (IoT) and Data Integration solutions provider, working with clients to develop, design, integrate, manage, and support custom systems and data collection services.

The team at Indicium Dynamics are dedicated to creating data insights that create meaningful impact for people, place or planet. Our goal is to work with clients committed to changing the way in which they do business to maximise their positive social and environmental impact.

We’re a small (but mighty) team, everyone here plays a role in making things happen, and we genuinely have each other’s backs. We move fast, we adapt, and we don’t pretend life is perfectly neat and predictable. Because it isn’t. We roll with life, support each other when things get messy, and celebrate the wins (big and small) together.

Our culture is built on a few simple but non-negotiable values:

  • Be Real – No egos, no masks. Just honest, grounded humans doing great work.

  • We Roll with Life – Things change. We adapt, stay flexible, and keep moving forward.

  • All In This Together – Team first. Always. We show up, pitch in, and back each other.

  • Challenge Accepted – We lean into problems, not away from them.

  • FAFO – We break things, we get curious about the unconventional

  • Get Good Sh!t Done – At the end of the day, results matter. We deliver.
