Are you a process-driven Manufacturing Engineer with a passion for improving systems, eliminating waste, and enhancing production performance? Join a forward‑thinking global technology organisation that develops innovative and sustainable solutions for the aquaculture industry. With a strong commitment to R&D, continuous improvement, and operational excellence, this company offers the chance to work on world‑leading technology within a collaborative and values‑driven environment.
About the Company
Our client is a global leader in intelligent feeding and monitoring technology used in aquaculture environments. With more than 30 years of innovation, they design and manufacture advanced systems that help farmers optimise productivity, sustainability, and efficiency. Their Tasmanian manufacturing facility produces robust equipment designed for some of the harshest operating conditions worldwide.
Recently acquired by a major international aquaculture group, the organisation continues to operate independently while benefiting from global collaboration and investment in next‑generation technology.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the Manufacturing Engineer plays a critical role in optimising production processes to support efficiency, quality, safety, and cost‑effectiveness.
You’ll work closely with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, R&D and quality teams to ensure products are produced reliably and to the highest standard. Your ability to challenge the status quo, identify root causes, and implement improvement initiatives will directly contribute to operational excellence and product reliability.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, hands‑on, and thrives in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment.
