Practice Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of busy regional general practice for a 3 to 4 month contract.

This role supports and coordinates operational functions, finances, and staffing to ensure ensure the practice runs effectively and high-quality, compliant and efficient healthcare services.

• Managing daily clinic operations and administrative systems
• Leading, rostering and supporting staff
• Overseeing billing, budgets and financial performance
• Ensuring compliance with accreditation, WHS and regulatory requirements
• Driving patient experience and service quality
