The Injury Management Advisor – Workers Compensation is critical to delivering timely, evidence-based, and compliant injury management services. This role supports recovery and return-to-work outcomes by providing technical advice on treatment and rehabilitation needs, influencing claims strategies, and supporting Claims Advisors to manage tail claims effectively.
You will champion consistent decision-making, legislative compliance, and coaching across the team while promoting customer-first practices and contributing to overall claims performance and cost-effectiveness.
