TPR Property Group is seeking a motivated and reliable person to join our friendly team and support our busy Property Management department. This role is perfect for someone wanting to gain valuable skills in administration while working towards a career in the real estate industry.
This position will involve a Business Administration traineeship, providing hands on experience while learning the day to day operations of a real estate office.
Key responsibilities include:
Reception duties and greeting clients
Answering phone, email and in person enquiries
Data entry and general administration
Filing and document management
Assisting property managers with maintenance coordination
Preparing lease renewals and tenancy documentation
Assisting with rental marketing and leasing documentation
About you:
Friendly, professional and well presented
Strong communication and organisational skills
Good attention to detail
Confident using computers
Willing to learn and work as part of a team
