  • Carlton based (3 days onsite / 2 days WFH)

The Role
Are you a versatile Cloud Professional who enjoys the variety of a "generalist" role? We are seeking a proactive mid-level Cloud Systems Administrator to join a supportive and collaborative technology team working in the FinTech and NFP space.

This isn't a role where you’ll be tucked away in a corner; it’s a high-visibility position where your "can-do" attitude is just as important as your technical skill. You will be the "glue" that helps manage cloud infrastructure while jumping in to support the wider business whenever a hand is needed.

The Tech Stack
You will be the primary lead for cloud systems, ensuring everything from deployment to security is running at peak performance.

  • Azure & DevOps: Managing Azure-based infrastructure and utilising Docker for containerisation.
  • Security: Maintaining a robust environment using Sophos and Azure security tools.
  • Business Apps: Managing and evolving the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM (training provided).
  • Operations Support: Acting as an escalation point for M365, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID.
About You
We are looking for a mid-level engineer who is approachable, helpful, and eager to learn.
  • Azure Experience: Solid experience managing Azure Virtual Machines, Storage, and Networking.
  • Automation/DevOps: Exposure to Docker and scripting (PowerShell) to drive efficiency.
  • The Mindset: A true team player who is happy to "pull up their sleeves" to support staff and solve problems, no matter how big or small.
  • Growth Focus: A strong desire to upskill. If you don't know D365 or Power Platform yet, we will provide the training to get you there.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills—you can explain technical concepts to non-technical people with ease.
