Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Glenorchy, Tas The Technical and Administration Support Officer will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, handling inquiries, and ensuring the efficient operation of administrative tasks. The role will involve addressing customer support needs, maintaining smooth operations of technical systems, and delivering high-quality service to stakeholders. The individual will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure optimal administrative functionality and system support. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues and support system maintenance.Strong Analytical Skills to assess and resolve complex problems efficiently and effectively.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple administrative tasks, ensuring attention to detail and timeliness.Familiarity with local government operations or previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.Proficiency in office software and technology.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
