Front of House & Housekeeping All-Rounder

🎯 The Role in a Nutshell
This dual role combines Front of House service and Housekeeping duties, depending on the roster and daily needs of the hotel. You’ll be greeting guests, making drinks, serving food and drinks, resetting tables, cleaning rooms, and ensuring our accommodation and dining areas are spotless and welcoming.

🧹 Housekeeping Responsibilities

• Clean and reset guest rooms and common areas to a professional standard

• Follow health and hygiene procedures for cleaning and sanitizing

• Report maintenance issues quickly and clearly

• Work efficiently and independently to complete room lists and turnarounds

🍻 Front of House Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and a smile

• Take orders confidently and manage a section during busy service

• Operate POS systems, manage cash and card payments

• Clear and reset tables, polish glassware, and keep the floor looking sharp

• Assist in bar service (RSA required) and food running

• On occasion help out in the kitchen

🌟 What We’re Looking For

• Previous hospitality or housekeeping experience preferred, but not essential

• A great communicator with a positive attitude and professional appearance

• High attention to detail – takes pride in cleanliness and customer care

• Flexibility with rostered shifts – including weekends, and evenings

• Physically fit and comfortable with active, on-your-feet work

• Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
