Chef/Cook

Vanidol's Pty. Ltd. T/as Vanidols Asian Cuisine is looking for Cook to join our Kitchen Team. Vanidol's Pty. Ltd. is privately held hospitality company based in Tasmania, Australia. We are looking for Skilled Cooks to join our dedicated kitchen team 

Requirements

• Must be experienced working as Cook

• Cooking and preparing the dishes in our menu

• Prepare ingredients including vegetables, proteins, sauces and
  condiments for daily kitchen operations

• Following and maintaining OH & S procedures in the kitchen

• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering, storage and
  rotation of kitchen ingredients

• Maintaining tidiness and cleanliness in the kitchen

• Stock rotation and reordering

• Presentation and plating of food

• Ability to work in a team

• Very good communication skills

• Good Communications Skills

• Well Experience using commercial kitchen equipments

Skills and Qualifications

• AQF associate degree, Certificate III or Certificate IV in relevant Hospitality qualification.

• Prior experience as a Cook or Chef minimum 1 Year.

• Strong knowledge of cooking methods and operating kitchen tools and equipment.

• Ability to work Full Time.

• Flexible to work on a rotating roster.

Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
