Food & Beverage Attendant - Mona

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, hard-working food and beverage professionals to join our phenomenal hospitality team across multiple venues - each offering a unique experience for our guests.

We are looking for someone with a fun, engaging and service focused attitude for:

• The Wine Bar – a dynamic, bar service venue offering wines and shared plates.

• The Lawns – fast-paced, energetic outdoor service with a relaxed vibe. 

Whether your passion is casual dining, buzzing wine and beer service, or fast-paced outdoor venues, we have a role that will suit your skills and energy.

Full availability Thursday–Monday is preferred. Peak service times are on weekends and during school hours. Opportunities for upskilling and training on the job are available. 

The Gig:

• Work with the MONA food & beverage team to deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality experiences;
• Confident in operating point of sale systems;
• Provide beverage service to patrons in accordance with RSA guidelines;
• Physically fit to perform set up and close down procedures;
• Deliver food, beverage, and guest experiences and offers;
• Deliver and support our Zero Trash philosophy and practice;
• Understand and respect safe work practices and procedures.

The You:

• 2 - 3 years experience in food and/or beverage service;
• A strong focus on visitor experience and customer service;
• A positive, professional, and friendly attitude;
• Must hold a current, valid Responsible Service Alcohol (RSA);
• Stay calm under pressure, work well in a fast-paced environment;
• The ability to work effectively within a team, supporting the entire food and beverage operation;
• Availability and flexibility over trading days (particularly Thursday - Monday);
• Bartending skills and cocktail experience are welcome.
