Lead Barista

BAKED is opening a full-time specialty coffee position.

This is a long term opportunity for someone who sees coffee as a career and wants to develop their skills beyond day to day service.

Working with BAKED x Lottie Lane Coffee Roasters, you’ll be part of a high volume specialty café with the opportunity to deepen your understanding of coffee quality, workflow, and the process behind the coffee in the cup.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has solid barista experience in a fast paced café
• Is passionate about specialty coffee
• Works well under pressure and as part of a team
• Is reliable and looking for a long term role in the industry

BAKED is one of Hobart’s busiest cafés in the northern suburbs, known for quality, consistency and a loyal community. Lottie Lane is a respected, female founded Tasmanian coffee roastery focused on education, quality and industry development.
