About the Role

• Lead and manage the daily operations of a busy, growing pharmacy
• Drive business growth while maintaining exceptional professional standards
• Work collaboratively to integrate pharmacy services with our aligned General Practice
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the pharmacy team
• Deliver outstanding patient-centred care

What We’re Looking For

• A registered Pharmacist with leadership or management aspirations
• Strong communication and people-leadership skills
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for innovation and integration of care
• Commitment to excellence, teamwork, and service

Employment Details

• 38 hours per week
• Weekday shifts required, with some after-hours and weekend work (pharmacy open every day)
• $10,000 sign-on bonus for a 2-year commitment
• Opportunity to grow with an expanding, integrated healthcare business with potential for buy in after 3 yrs
