We’re proud to be the only practice in Tasmania offering laparoscopic surgery, with direct access to the only CT scanning facility for animals in southern Tasmania. What Life at TVH Looks Like

• A 4-day week, 9-hour shifts, and paid lunch breaks

• A double consulting model with two highly skilled nurses supporting you each day

• Modern, state-of-the-art equipment and a brand-new clinic opening September 2026

• $5,000 CPD allowance plus one week of paid study leave annually

• No after-hours or on-call, and very limited weekends

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years’ small animal GP experience

• Confident in diagnostics, surgery and treatment planning

• A thoughtful clinician who balances gold-standard care with client realities

• A clear, compassionate communicator

• A team player who values kindness, collaboration and shared success

• Motivated to keep learning and growing
