About the Role
Are you an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a busy, people-focused environment? We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our Primary School team and play a vital role in supporting students, staff, and families.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a highly professional individual who thrives on variety, enjoys building positive relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support.
Reporting to the Head of School, Early Learning to Year 6, the Office Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support across the Primary School. As the first point of contact for many parents, students, and visitors, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the school office while contributing to a positive and welcoming environment. This position is available for an immediate start, with the successful applicant required to commence no later than 27 July 2026.
This position is part-time, working 35 hours per week (8.00am – 3.30pm), term time only.
