The Team and Role:
The Clinical Nurse Educator – Operating Theatre, NWRH is accountable for applying nursing expertise and contemporary teaching and learning practice to implement education programs for nurses that align with the strategic priorities of Hospitals North/North West, respond to emerging clinical need, and facilitates professional development for the nursing workforce.

Details of appointment:Fixed term full time, day worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing 10 May 2026 until 25 September 2026.

Salary:$118,297 to $125,543 pro rata, per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Access to the Grade 4 salary range $102,439- $109,175 is subject to successful application for progression to Grade 4
In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.

Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse

Holds, or is currently working towards, postgraduate qualifications in education and/or clinical teaching and learning.
Holds, or is currently working towards, postgraduate qualifications in the area of clinical/practice speciality as relevant to the position.
