The Fairbrother Graduate Program is your opportunity to step straight into the construction industry and start building a career you can be proud of.

This two-year, full-time program is designed to help you transition from university into professional practice. You’ll work alongside experienced, supportive industry professionals, gain hands-on experience on live projects, and develop the skills that matter most in construction.

As a Construction Graduate, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of disciplines, helping you discover where your strengths and interests lie.

Who should apply?

You’re a great fit for the Fairbrother Graduate Program if you:

• Have recently completed, or are close to completing, studies in engineering, architecture/design management or construction management.
• Hold Australian working rights for at least two years.
• Are looking for full-time employment for a minimum of two years.
• Are interested in a career in commercial construction.
• Are keen to learn, get hands-on, and grow in a paid professional role.

Eligible qualifications include:

• Bachelor of Applied Science (Architectural Science, Construction Management, or similar)
• Bachelor of Construction Management
• Bachelor of Design (Architecture)
• Bachelor of Engineering
• Master’s degree in a relevant construction-related field
