The Team
Vocational Education and Training (VET) courses give students in Years 10 - 12 the opportunity to develop practical, work-focused skills alongside their general education. While universities often emphasise theory and academic learning, VET is hands-on and linked directly to employment and further training pathways. Some courses also include academic or theoretical components to prepare students for higher study.
About the Role
To support the design, development, review and maintenance of high-quality VET assessment tools and associated resources that align with national training package requirements, the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2025. This ensures consistent, valid and reliable assessment practices across the RTO operating within DECYP policy and compliance frameworks.
