Retail Supervisor / Retail Manager – Tasmania

We are expanding our team in Tasmania with our existing stores and a new store in future (location to be confirmed in Tasmania). We are looking for motivated Retail Supervisors/Managers who enjoy retail, customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting daily store operations
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Assisting with stock control, ordering, and merchandising
• Operating POS systems and handling cash transactions
• Supporting catalogue promotions and in-store sales activities
• Assisting with gross profit management and maintaining store margin targets
• Supporting wages percentage management and efficient rostering
• Maintaining store presentation, safety, and organisation

What we are looking for

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of retail performance metrics such as GP% and wage control is highly valued

Flexibility: Your primary store will be assigned; however, you may occasionally be asked to support other store locations depending on operational needs.

Pay: $52,662.56 – $74,613.10 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week
